B&B Acquamarina

The location is right in the center, but the room itself was small and gloomy. After showering, water leaked in the bathroom, which also had no bidet. The towels were tiny and didn’t dry us properly, and we switched off the noisy little fridge overnight. There’s construction going on in the building, so it looks rough, and the garden in the pictures isn’t part of the room. We were there for two nights in April 2026. I don’t think I’d come back. The beach is only a three-minute walk, and the apartment makes a great starting point for exploring nearby. It’s a lovely single-room place with a comfortable double bed. The small bathroom is in excellent shape, and there’s a TV, kettle, and two cups. Breakfast, if you book it, is served at the café on the corner, about 50 meters away 😉. The host is easy to reach on WhatsApp. We had a wonderful stay.

The breakfast at the bar next door was genuinely excellent, and we found parking nearby without much trouble. We had a great weekend in Ostia with a friend at B&B Acqua Marina. Even though it’s in a lively central area, the place feels peaceful. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully kept, and the host was thorough and helpful with all the information we needed. It’s just a few steps from the seafront, with all kinds of activities and places to eat nearby. If you’re staying in Ostia, Acqua Marina is a great choice.

The owner was so friendly and attentive, and was always around if we needed anything. I stayed for about a week recently, and the B&B was clean, comfortable, and modern, with everything working well. The rooms are spacious enough and well cared for. It’s close to the center of Ostia, with good restaurants, clubs, and shops nearby, so it works for short or longer stays. Prices are affordable too. A deserved five stars, highly recommended.
