The room and bathroom are spacious, and the bed is large and comfortable. The hosts and staff were very kind and welcoming. Breakfast was a joke in our opinion. There were some fruits but lots of sweets, and butter was the only thing without sugar. If you want something natural and healthy, you'll need to buy it elsewhere. The coffee and cappuccino, though, were quite good. The shower was another downside. There's no holder for it, which makes washing difficult, and there's no way to shower without getting water on the floor.

The fare seems reasonable for being about 45 minutes from central Rome by bus and metro. The interior is a little old-fashioned, though everything worked. The staff were very friendly and tried to help, even though they spoke only Italian. Breakfast was a basic Italian one.
