Caput Mundi Anagnina ruined our Rome experience. They knew about the problems we would face and didn't tell us in advance, so I hope others don't make the same mistake we did. If you care about your car, don't go there. They told us to park under a tree because that was the apartment's spot. In the morning I found bird droppings and tree wax on the car from the Mediterranean pine. The area felt bad enough that I didn't want to leave the car on the street, so we left as soon as possible. They were also very unprofessional: after several reminders, they sent a bill a month later, and it had the wrong name on it.

Fine for a one-night stay, but for longer than that you should find somewhere better.

We left right away. On arrival the air conditioning wasn't working, which was especially bad with 40 degrees outside. There was no soap or toilet paper, the toilet was very dirty, and the bathroom shutter didn't work. A nightmare.

The owner was friendly, and the apartment was clean, new, and comfortable. It works well for four people, with Wi-Fi, private parking, and the subway only a few minutes away on foot. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with everything we needed, and the welcome was warm, kind, and helpful. The metro station is nearby, and the church is close too if you want to go to Sunday Mass, for example at 8:30 a.m. Parking inside the building was very convenient.
