The location was excellent, and our rooms were clean and tidy when we arrived. The staff greeted us kindly and saw us off on the last day, though we didn't see them in between. We had no hot water for two days, which was a problem, and the shower cubicles are extremely small.

Patrizio was a helpful host who did everything he could to make our stay enjoyable and kindly answered all our questions. Our room was clean and comfortable, in a great spot close to bus and tram stops for getting to Rome train station and the tourist attractions. We'd recommend staying with Patrizio.

The staff were very welcoming and kind, and they greeted us with tea, coffee, and biscuits. The coffee machine hadn't been cleaned, though, and neither had the windows or bathroom shelves. The bathroom, especially the shower, is really small. It's easy to reach by public transport. The booking site said taxes were included, but further down it mentioned an extra city tax of 5 euros per night, payable by card only. We forgot about it, so keep that in mind. The stay did the job, but there are lots of ways it could be improved.

A friendly, attentive host and good hospitality made this a nice place to stay. The price was good, and it isn't too far from the center.

The staff were nice, and the view was good, but the place wasn't very clean. We were charged an additional 15€ when we arrived. It's not that close to the city center either: the bus stop for routes 85 or 87 is a 10-minute walk away.
