Friendly staff and a nice garden, plus private parking that felt safe. It’s good value, and there’s a supermarket, good restaurants, and bus stops for central Rome nearby. A great little hotel.

The shower hose was broken, so there was no pressure, and a lamp in our room made noise. One of our room windows wouldn’t open, which felt unsafe. The hotel also closed during the day for two days over Christmas, so every guest had to leave. It was expensive for what they offer. Two weeks after our stay, they sent us a bill for half the stay, even though I’d asked at checkout if everything was okay.

Breakfast leaned heavily toward sweets, with cake and glazed croissants. The hotel is a bit outside the city centre, though two or three bus stops are close enough that it wasn’t really an issue. The staff were lovely and helpful, and one of them even stayed up to play Uno with us. A great place to stay in Rome.
