Good location and customer service, and the apartment has what you need for the price. There's parking with a charger for electric cars. Codes and lockers handle everything, so you can choose when to check in and out, within some limits.

We stayed here in May and told management about the problems while we were there, but they brushed us off and refused to offer any refund. The location was good, but I wouldn't stay again. The toilet seat was broken and unusable, garbage sat in the hallway by the front door our entire stay, and there was mold in the shower. The wifi didn't work, several outlets in the apartment didn't work either, and the vehicle gate at the front was broken when we arrived. The apartment doors also had no deadbolts or other way to lock them from inside.

The place was okay, but of the three places I stayed in Rome that month, it was the worst. A couple of weeks later I stayed near Termini at a hotel that cost about the same and was managed much better. This one feels like an investment property where the owners are content as long as most things work. It might do if you have no other options, though there are other options. When we arrived, the gate wouldn't let us in. It was especially awkward because people were picking up children from the school in front of the "hotel," so we had to work out how to contact someone and get the gate sorted. Once we got inside, the bathroom wasn't welcoming. The toilet seat was broken and pinched your butt when you sat down, and the shower had mold inside. The wifi was slow, which surprised me since an airbnb we stayed in Rome two weeks earlier had much faster internet than we get at home. We checked speeds on testing websites. When we called, the person on the phone didn't seem to understand or acknowledge that both of us in the room were dealing with these problems. He kept talking after I said we were heading out for dinner, already in our shoes, trying to leave before the rain. There wasn't much hospitality for a business that's supposed to offer hospitality.

Just needed a place to sleep for the night, and this did the job. It was clean, the AC worked, and it was affordable. There are three floors, with stairs only.
