The people who work here were all amazing: welcoming, friendly, and professional. They warned us about events around the city so we could plan with minimal disruption, and pointed us toward hidden gems we’d have missed on our own. Francesca even looked into day trip options for our family to Pompeii or Florence, which meant I could spend time exploring instead of hunting through train schedules. We stayed in the cozy, clean family room, which gave us a bit of privacy and meant we didn’t have to go to bed when the kids did. The location is only steps from the train station and within the Rome Metro area, so we didn’t need two different tickets each day. Even that close to the station, we couldn’t hear anything with the windows closed. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and its staff.

The personal touches made my stay memorable, from a handwritten welcome note and useful local tips to a kind smile each morning. The staff really go out of their way to make guests feel special, and everything felt like a home away from home. It’s a small, charming new hotel, with beautifully designed rooms and cozy shared spaces. Everything was spotless, tastefully decorated, and arranged with comfort and convenience in mind. I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Riesco. Wishing the whole team continued success, and a big shoutout to the wonderful Francesca. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

It felt like a warm, welcoming place to stay, with a very clean room and a homely atmosphere. The location made getting around Rome easy, just a short walk from the train station. It also felt safe and friendly for someone traveling solo. Highly recommended!

We loved all the plants in the Hallway, and the staff were super friendly, always asking how we were doing. We stayed for 4 days, and this was the first hotel we’d been to that looked better in real life than in the photos. The room was freshly renovate, clean, smelled amazing, and everything was neat, including the made bed. Room service was amazing too. The hotel is simple but tidy, and we loved it. We totally recommend it to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much, dear hotel Riesco, 10/10!!!!!!!!
