The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The only issue with this room for families is the glass shower, which you can see from the main room. I gave the location four stars because it's about an hour by bus from town.

The room was cleaned every day and kept tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had the basics, though it felt a little limited. We're from Norway, and learned that bigger breakfasts aren't common in Italy. The hotel is quite far from both the city and the airport. An Uber cost us around 45-50 EUR each way to either one. After 5 p.m., about 25-30 flies would show up near the door.

We never got our damage deposit back, which is why I can barely give this place one star. The listing on booking.com presents it as a four-star hotel, but I found the photos misleading. I wouldn't go with kids or family. There were lots of ants in the rooms, even crawling on the bed.

BEWARE. I booked after seeing the altered-looking photos online, and felt the hotel had hidden a lot of pictures so you wouldn't see what it was really like. It didn't seem suitable for children or families at all. I asked for a refund, but they refused and said it wasn't their fault. I requested to speak to the manager, but they wouldn't talk to me; the receptionist was just a puppet. I even offered to pay for one day and get the rest back, but they ignored me.

The hotel was okay and the food was very good. Patricio, also called Patrick, made our stay wonderful. He went above and beyond with our requests and answered all our questions. His kindness and polite conversation made us feel welcome; no other staff member compared with him. His English was very good too.
