Mercure Roma Cinecitt

The concierge found me a larger room than a regular double, which I needed because I had a lot of luggage, and I was very satisfied. I’ve stayed here several times, including for ten days. Breakfast is excellent, and if you like it, the "caponata" is a treat. The location is decent too, just a few steps from Cinecittá metro station, so getting to the city centre is quick.

We appreciated the fresh morning air and quiet around the hotel, a welcome change from the heat and noise of the busy city. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the modern hotel felt up to four-star standards. Breakfast offered a good range, and the young staff at reception and the bar were polite, friendly, and helpful. We had a great four-night stay at Mercure Cinecitta in April. It’s convenient for visitors arriving through Ciampino: the 520 bus takes about 25 minutes to Cinecitta station, then it’s a five-minute walk to the hotel. From that station, line A gets you to Termini central station in about 20 minutes. There were always free seats on the metro cars at Cinecitta station. Highly recommended!

A perfectly fine place, and I’d stay again. It’s on Rome’s outskirts but well located near the metro. The hotel was clean and tidy, the staff polite and friendly, and breakfast was what I expected. Rooms were good, though they could use a little care to fix the scuffs and scrapes. Nothing remarkable, but it did the job.

The food was delicious, and the service made us feel welcome. Mercure Roma Cinecittà is a wonderful place to stay, with a convenient spot close to the metro for reaching Rome’s main sights. The comfort and attention to detail were great, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
