A lovely little B&B.

The photos make this B&B look clean and well kept, but that wasn’t really our experience. The reception and living room were welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen, which was the one bright spot. The rooms themselves weren’t great: the sheets and duvets had stains, and two of the three bathrooms had no bidet. One bathroom had a walk-in closet but no vent; in another, the toilet kept running and disturbed our sleep. The room facing the street also had car noise all night. There were no disposable shower caps or shelves for toiletries. We wouldn’t repeat this stay.

The room was cozy, clean, and quiet, and the staff were very helpful. I ended up here because a work colleague booked it for me when I was struggling to find a place in Rome. It turned out to be a good option at a very competitive price. It’s a bit far from the city center, but getting around works well if you can manage the traffic. If you’re nearby for work or another reason, I’d say book it.

Free parking right in front was really convenient, and the location worked well for my trips to the southern part of the city. The property is charming, stylishly furnished, and in a quiet area. The owner was kind and attentive to what guests needed. The bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable, and the value for money is hard to beat. I’d like to come back.
