The garden inside the building was beautiful and clean, and I slept well. The bed and bathroom were very clean, and the AC worked quietly and well. The room was very cheap, so I can still recommend it, though good management could make it much better. There were dirty or broken things despite the promised daily cleaning: the hairdryer and shower were broken, the roomsafe hadn't been fixed, and the room view was dustbins. The manager said he'd replace the hairdryer the next day but didn't. My emails still haven't been answered.

Only three minutes from Termini station. The room was clean, the AC worked quietly and very well, and the bathroom was new and clean too.

It was cheap, but the shower didn't work and was mouldy, the door was difficult to open, and the area felt really dodgy. We got locked out for hours and ended up sleeping on the stairs outside until staff finally let us in. Really not great.

For Rome, the price was very good and the stay was better than I expected. The Colosseum is within walking distance. The downside is the crowds of people gathering around at night near Termini station. I'd strongly suggest having someone with you.

I booked that afternoon for the same night and gave them my check-in time. When I arrived exactly then, nobody answered the bell or my calls, even after I rang several times. I had to spend a fortune on a last-minute alternative, and lost the chance to enjoy my evening in Rome.
