We felt unwelcome and definitely won't come back. The restaurant food was good, and the staff in the restaurant, shop, and shuttle bus were friendly, but most of the reception staff were unfriendly. There isn't a reception desk, just an open window where you have to check in. Staff at the park didn't greet us either. One staff member stood in front of the laundry room exit in his golf cart, smoking and looking at his phone; shortly afterward, his cigarette butt fell on the ground.

The bungalow's drain was completely blocked, and my daughter ended up flooding the bathroom and living area. We fixed it ourselves with drain cleaner from the supermarket two minutes away. The site's e-charging station was broken, so I charged the car at an Enel DC station seven minutes away, with 30-60 kW charging. There are cafés and pastry shops there, too. There are some real positives: the campsite was completely clean and tidy, staff were friendly, the pool area was very good, the entertainment wasn't intrusive, and nights were quiet. The nearby road didn't disturb our sleep, and there was no late-night partying. Restaurant prices were reasonable, around €80-90 for three meals with drinks and dessert, and the staff were friendly. The pizza, pasta, octopus, and desserts were very good and priced about like in Germany. But I wouldn't recommend the steak. Mine was a cold, tendon-filled, 1 cm thick piece, like a shoe sole, with a handful of fries for €27. It was the worst steak I've had in 40 years. We arrived August 1, 2025, and rented an air-conditioned three-bedroom bungalow. I chose the site because it advertises itself as ideal for teenagers. There are activities for teens on-site, but there were no teenagers around. Even in peak season the place was really empty, and my kids, 13 and 16, were bored. Occasional excursions didn't help much because the parents' interests and the teenagers' interests were completely different. The location is the main issue. You can drive anywhere, but have to deal with traffic. Public transport is a 30-minute walk away or costs €24 for a return shuttle. The beach is 3.5 km away, and there are frequent reports of cars being broken into and emptied, suitcases included. The shuttle there also costs €24. A clean beach with parking right by it is about a 45-minute drive. Reaching Rome's sights takes at least 90 minutes by foot and public transport. I'd suggest the owner run an hourly shuttle to the beach and three trips a day to public transport for one euro. That would address the location's main problem, and guests would appreciate it. This site suits people who want to lounge by the pool and have a relaxed dinner without intrusive entertainment keeping them up late.

For a few hundred euros per person, you don't even get soap or more than three or four toilet rolls. The only bedding provided is a flimsy blanket and a thin wool blanket. Wi-Fi costs €11 per person for three days, and air conditioning is another €8. The room is extremely cramped, and there's no dish soap or proper cloths for washing dishes. You're also vulnerable to theft. It looks much nicer in the pictures, so choose somewhere else. A complete rip-off!

Save yourself what was an absolute nightmare of a holiday and school trip, and book a hotel or motel instead. Things that are advertised as included cost extra: Wi-Fi is €11 for three days, and air conditioning is €8 per day. The rooms are poorly insulated, the food was disgusting, and the pool was practically nonexistent, only open from 10 am to 6 pm. There was hardly any kitchen equipment, either. We didn't even have a frying pan or a scrub brush. An absolute rip-off!
