We had a great stay, and the location was perfect. The owner was friendly and polite, explained everything clearly, and even stocked the fridge with drinks and food, which was a really nice touch. The shared bathroom was spacious and worked out fine since we used it at different times. Highly recommend.

It felt more like a hostel than an apartment, and the price was much too high. The place is very old, the doors creak, and when someone came in late or used the toilet, everyone woke up. We stayed four days as two people and paid extra for a private bathroom. Several listed facilities weren't there as described. There was no electric kettle, no pots or pans, and the oven looked ancient. The air conditioning was actually just a table fan. We also paid extra for breakfast, but for two people across four nights we got two croissants with a one-year expiration date, two crackers, two cookies, two small yogurts, and two half-liter bottles of water. There was one hairdryer for three rooms, or six people, and one morning we waited an hour to use it. There wasn't one in the private bathroom. The shampoo and body wash came in a single 40 ml amount for two people. One day the toilet paper ran out in both bathrooms, and we had to remind the owner. A roll arrived in the evening.

The location was the only good thing about this awful place. The sound insulation was nonexistent: we could hear people locking and opening doors, showering, and using the toilet. We paid extra for our own bathroom, but no one told us which of the two bathrooms was ours. We took a key and locked the one with the fan, which we needed every day and which was listed among the facilities. The next morning, I found 12 WhatsApp messages, six deleted. The messages were very unprofessional and passive-aggressive, telling us to unlock the bathroom that wasn't ours, even though nobody had told us which to use. There was just one fan shared among everyone. We waited an hour for it because a girl had taken it into her room. When I asked the owner to set a rule so it would stay in the shared area, she said not to worry and suggested it was our fault for locking the bathroom the night before. We had to wait. For four nights, we got a very meager breakfast for two: one 15 g Nutella, two 15 g jams, a few crackers, croissants and cookies, a couple of tiny yogurts, some extra-sweet long-life pastries, and two 0.5 L waters. We had only one toilet paper roll and had to take paper from the main toilet; the owner never brought more. There were just two small pieces of soap, about 10-20 g each, and two 20 ml shampoo bottles for us. We weren't given more, so I had to buy shampoo. I also never saw the shower cap listed among the facilities. The kitchen had no electric kettle, despite it being listed. When we asked, we were told there wasn't one and that we could use the microwave instead. There were no pots or pans for making a proper breakfast either, but the microwave was available. In our room, the air conditioning was only a small portable fan, and I never saw a minibar. Two small water bottles don't make a minibar. The blanket was a single thin sheet. When we asked for a thicker one, the owner said it wasn't the season, then agreed but didn't bring one, so we had to ask again. We also reminded her that the toilet paper was out. She said the housekeeper would do her job, yet nobody took out the rubbish during our four-night stay. The pillows were very flat and uncomfortable.

The hosts were great, and both the rooms and bathroom were clean.
