The owner was wonderfully kind and available whenever an issue came up. Everything was spotless and comfortable, including the bathroom and shower, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. You can make breakfast in your room. Getting around is easy too, with the city center 10 minutes away and Ciampino Airport and the ring road five minutes away. Excellent, definitely worth trying.

The place has everything I want from a bed and breakfast: it's clean, quiet, comfortable, relaxing, and in a good location, with availability and good taste. Getting around without your own or a rental vehicle could be a bit awkward, although there are several surface transport stops a few hundred meters away.

The owner was professional and kind, and I appreciated how clean everything was. The shower and toilet were spotless and comfortable. There were new accessories, plus a TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, kettle, and fridge, along with sweet and savory snacks, biscuits, tea, milk, yogurt, and fruit juices. The quiet area is in a really convenient spot for visiting the capital, just a stone's throw from the station, airport, and firefighter training school. For this price, I don't think hotels compare. I'll definitely return. Thank you.

The place was quiet and well connected, and our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was generous. The owners were amazing, so helpful and incredibly kind. Thanks for everything, we'll be back!
