Il Casale del Miele

I was able to properly relax here. The rooms are simple but cozy, and breakfast is generous and made with care. This is a charming guesthouse with comfortable furnishings, well looked after by the hosts, who leave no wish unfulfilled. It's far from the hustle and bustle, so if peace and quiet are what you're after, this is the place.

I can’t really review the place itself since I didn’t stay overnight. A friend hosted me nearby at the last minute while I was hiking from the source of the Tagliamento River to its mouth, so I canceled my booking. I’d promised Germana I’d stop in the next morning to make it up to her, and she even offered me breakfast. We talked about my adventure. Sometimes helpfulness and kindness are enough to make an excellent review. Thanks for everything.

There’s ample parking, and the bell tower is nearby. I stayed one night. The room was adequate, but the bathroom is shared. There are clearly things that could be improved, and it’s still far from excellent standards. A lot of work remains.

We had a wonderful stay, my husband, my son, and I. The place is very clean and breakfast is plentiful. It’s also about half an hour from the seaside resorts of Bibione and Lignano Sabbiadoro. Mrs. Germana is truly kind, helpful, and friendly, and I found the place very peaceful. If you’re in the area, it’s an excellent place to stay. I’d gladly come back. Thanks, Germana!
