Right in the city center, this hotel had comfortable rooms and a really nice atmosphere. The friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome, and the food was delicious. The whole experience was better than we expected. Highly recommend it!

The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the location was great. It suits couples or families who'd like to make some of their own meals while staying here.

The reception was the worst, and the receptionist was unfriendly. We argued about the check-in process, and I told him we wanted to be treated as guests. He replied, “I don’t care!” We left and didn't mind losing the cancellation fee. I also noticed that if you persuade him, it seems a green pass or COVID-negative certificate isn't needed to use the spa, at least if you're a charming lady whom he lets go ahead. We were left waiting. We'd never book here again.

The walls were thin, with kids screaming all over, and the pool felt a bit too kid-friendly. There was no AC, the bed was a pullout, and the wifi needs an upgrade. Probably a nice spot for families on a budget or party people after a cabin feel.

There was also a €200 deposit that we hadn't been told about beforehand. At reception they wouldn't accept our American CDC card, even after we showed the Ministry of Health website saying it counted as equivalent to the green pass. It was very stressful, though we did get into our room. This was the first time anyone had refused to recognize our American CDC card. The room price wasn't bad, though.
