Montecavallo Apartment

We really enjoyed staying here. The mattress and pillows were comfortable, and the apartment was roomy, clean, and furnished with real taste. It's only a few steps from Ronciglione's old village. A few days before our visit, the owner sent the local restaurant suggestions I asked for, along with information about some places we wanted to see. Breakfast wasn't included, but there was a jar of hazelnut chocolate on the kitchen table. Everything was just right!

Ronciglione itself is quiet and charming, and there was always parking just below the apartment, free on weekdays. The woman who welcomed us was lovely and helpful. We chose this place after comparing it with other apartments and hotels because it looked the best equipped, and it was: the furnishings were impeccable, and the kitchen had everything we could need, from a blender and steamer to a milk frother and mini oven/microwave. We stayed over the May 1, 2021 weekend and used it as a base for Villa Farnese, just a 10-minute drive away, as well as Viterbo, the Sacred Park of Bomarzo, Villa Lante, and Lake Nepi. Highly recommended!

A lovely renovation in an old building right in the town center. The owners were professional and very kind. The apartment feels welcoming and is furnished with beautiful, distinctive, refined pieces, worthy of one of the best B&Bs.

A great person.
