Orso Grigio Suite & Gourmet

A nice hotel, though I'd give it four stars at most, not five. The location works well if you want to be near the Dolomites and also have a good starting point for heading back toward the Milano area. Our room was nice, but there was no air conditioning. The soap and shampoo come in small plastic packets, which I found annoying. Breakfast is served at the table rather than as a buffet, and it was good.

I cancelled a reservation that was eligible for free cancellation, but the deposit still hadn't been refunded after several months. I've contacted the hotel countless times. Each time, they asked me to explain what happened again. Even after I laid it out clearly and gave them my bank card information, they stopped replying. This hotel shows no respect for people. Maybe they thought that, as a foreigner, I had no way to seek justice. Don't pretend not to know or make excuses. Everyone should avoid this hotel unless you want your money to disappear.

My wife and I had a wonderful meal at the restaurant. The service was extremely good, most of the ingredients are sourced locally, and everything we tried was truly delicious. We were also given many complimentary dishes in addition to what we ordered. It's a real standout in the area, and we'll return on another visit. The restaurant used to have a Michelin star, and I believe it deserves to get one back. We both thought the quality here was better than at several one- and two-star Michelin restaurants we've tried elsewhere.

We booked a room at Villa Orso Grigio for our anniversary, and the whole place went beyond what we'd imagined. The rooms were spotless and cozy, with a home-like feel. We loved the spa and the gorgeous view, which was so easy to get lost in. The food felt out of this world, and the service was just as impressive. There's also an endless wine selection to choose from. Our compliments to the amazing Chef. They go above and beyond in every area. We're speechless, and this place is a must. Highly recommended. Can't wait to come back. Thank you, Villa Orso Grigio.
