The hotel is really close to the train station, so you can catch a train all the way to Milan or Venice. We had a great family trip here. The room looked like what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel, but that didn't bother us because the food was so good.

😊 Room service was very nice, and so was the reception.

The location may not be the best, and the place could use some updating, but the hospitality here feels like a real profession. The rooms were professionally cleaned, the towels were excellent quality, and dinner service was attentive. The head waiter checked on our table three times, which showed real pride and dedication. The reception staff were friendly too. It's an honest, genuine place, and a big compliment to the hotel. Choosing to stay here shouldn't be difficult. Places like this, focused on hospitality rather than the latest trends, may soon be hard to find.
