The room itself was clean, sanitized, and comfortable, and I left the bathroom and shower clean and everything tidy. Still, we were hurried out by the owner, who arrived half an hour early with a maintenance worker because she needed to fix a crib. She was rude and discourteous, and accused me of opening a window that was stuck when the wind had moved it. I managed to unblock it because my arms are longer. I got no thanks, just more of her rudeness. She has no idea how to treat customers who are honest and serious.

The owner was kind, welcoming, and happy to share information about visiting Rosello and nearby towns. The place is clean, well equipped, and very welcoming. It sits across from the municipal park and its children's rides, beside the Rosello town square, which makes it a handy base for exploring Abruzzo and Molise.

As a local, this is just my opinion, but my husband and wife are both very good and hardworking. The place is brand new and really close to the main square. It could use more marketing and advertising, and people coming from out of town would benefit from more detailed information about distances.

A new property in the town center, with amenities, comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. The location works perfectly for visiting southern Abruzzo, from the parks to the sea, as well as northern Molise. The staff were friendly and helpful with advice on planning your time in Abruzzo, a magnificent region with plenty to discover.
