We were charged 35€ for two sunbeds at the hotel access beach, but after the bar guy told us off for putting our towels on a stone wall, we walked across the bay to a much nicer beach without rocks. The dinner wasn't good value overall, though one of the two courses was great. Better to walk 800 meters to the Piazza to eat. Our first room was dirty, with feces in the toilet, and staff doubted us when we complained. The toilet cistern was also stuck, so they moved us to a room three times as large, but we later found that one wasn't properly cleaned either. The staff weren't very polite. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Baia Del Sorriso.

The receptionist was very nice and the location is great, but the hotel is outdated and unclean. The beds and bathrooms smelled very bad. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room windows had incredible views, and the coffee was incredible too, traditional Italian coffee. The workers were patient and the dishes were good. I'd absolutely recommend this ***-star hotel in a great place. It wasn't too cold in Italy in winter, and they warmed the rooms with heat-pump air conditioners. That was enough for me, though if you're cold, you'll need an extra blanket. I took the pictures on 28/12/2018.

There was plenty of parking, and the rooms were clean with kind service. The view was beautiful, breakfast had plenty of food, and dinner was delicate.

I fell badly today and hit my head on the concrete while passing by. I wasn't a patron, but they treated me with such kindness. With no taxi available, the manager drove us to get medical attention. Everyone plainly refused any kind of tip. Such good people ❤️❤️
