You can barely hear a thing, even on the first floor, with trees all around. The villa is next to a huge pine park, with steps down to the seafront, and the quaint train station is across the road. Trains run hourly to Pisa Central, with easy access to Pisa airport. The modernised old villa has beautiful rooms, a good-sized room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area, plus a sofa bed. The gardens are nice, and restaurants and cafes are close by.

I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and cosy, with a very pleasant atmosphere, and everything seemed well cared for. I'd definitely recommend it.

We liked it so much that we spontaneously added another night. Everything seemed brand new, and from the window you look into a pine forest with the sea visible through the trees. The beach is less than five minutes away, with smaller beaches nearby too. If you're driving, you can park for free by going a little farther along the main road and then heading up the hill.

The location is handy, only steps from both the town center and the sea. This newly renovated place is tucked among the pines and feels wonderfully relaxing, with tasteful furnishings and all the comforts. Annalisa, the owner, deserves a special mention for being so helpful and courteous. I'd recommend it to families and to young people looking for fun.
