We wished we’d booked more than three nights. My wife and I had a great stay in this lovely beach town, and might come back for a whole week. The staff were wonderful, and the breakfast was great each morning. One of the front desk managers spoke excellent English and gave us lots of helpful tips on places to visit and eat. I also left my iPad behind and couldn’t retrieve it before flying back to the U.S. They went out of their way to ship it back to me.

This was my second visit, and I’m starting to feel like one of the family. The hotel is run by the family’s third generation, just metres from the sea. It’s friendly and spotlessly clean, with lovely rooms and a beautiful veranda where they serve breakfast. What’s not to like?

The staff were super friendly and always ready to help, and breakfast was generous and delicious. The hotel also has a lovely garden with comfortable places to sit and have a drink. You can walk to both the sea and the center. Highly recommended!

A great place to stay, and in several ways it reminded me fondly of the Raffles hotel in Singapore. One small suggestion: note guests’ license plate numbers at check-in. It could make it less stressful to track down the driver with the trickiest parking skills later.

The staff were kind and professional, the prices were fair, and the wine was very good. The food was wonderful, made with high-quality ingredients, and the recipes were excellent.
