Riccardo was readily available whenever we had a request. The property itself is lovely, with quiet rooms, tasteful furnishings and a comfortable bed. The large bathroom is new, and the little balcony is a cozy spot to sit. It’s in the first hills of Rosignano Marittimo, about 5 km from the beautiful white beaches. The rooms also feel brand new and are well furnished.
There’s a shared breakfast area and a larger terrace used by guests in the other rented rooms. Our apartment was upstairs on the first floor, reached by a few steps, with no elevator. Inside, it had a double bedroom, sofa bed, kitchen, small sitting area, two bathrooms and a little terrace. TVs were in both the bedroom and the living room/kitchen. Everything was clean, cared for and nicely furnished, and the owners were kind and helpful.
Villa 31 is a handy base for visiting the white beaches, and the staff were really kind and helpful. We stayed for two nights. There were too many odd noises coming from outside, though, and on day two we found the room door half open. Luckily, everything was fine.
Even though we booked at the last minute, the owner welcomed us very kindly. Our room was lovely, modern and spotless, and the terrace had a splendid sunset view. He also pointed us to a really good place to eat in the center of Rosignano. See you soon :) Irene & Stefano
