La Curandera

The breakfast was generous, and the place was clean, relaxing, and had such a lovely atmosphere. My daughter and I stayed for just one night and had a wonderful time. Mr. Giorgio was so welcoming, and I ended up falling in love with the B&B. I really recommend it, and hope we can come back soon. Thanks again for everything.

It was hard to sleep on the cold day we were there, since there was no heating. The street-facing windows also couldn't be darkened. The bed was uncomfortable, and I wondered whether the duvet might have been left from previous guests. The room was clean, with shiny floors and clean surfaces, but dust from the paintings on the walls gave it a smell. If you have allergies, sleeping here can be difficult.

The quiet setting made it a lovely place to unwind, and we had a really nice weekend, though it was too short to enjoy the place properly. The owners were helpful, and the family atmosphere felt warm. Our room was spacious, clean, and carefully furnished, and the bathroom was very roomy too. Breakfast was a real treat, with plenty to eat and lots of choices.

We're coming back to Astrid and Giorgio in a few days, just over a month after our first booking, because we want to enjoy their hospitality and the magical feel of their little nest again. We originally wanted somewhere peaceful and welcoming in the Susa Valley, a break from life in the capital. The name caught our attention, and when we asked for information, the owners were immediately delightful, so we booked ten days. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and furnished with lovely taste and care. I especially liked the linens, with their charming antique references. Giorgio serves breakfast in a romantic setting and knows a lot about places to visit, itineraries, and good places to eat. It's become our special retreat.
