Residence Delta

The only real downside is the setting: Residence Delta is on an upper floor of a supermarket, in an uninteresting neighborhood, and the hotel windows don't offer much of a view. But that location means there's a well-equipped Aliper supermarket just 20 meters away and plenty of parking. Inside, the rooms are clean and spacious, with plenty of wardrobe space, and the kitchen has enough equipment for basic cooking. The staff were friendly and communicative, and had no trouble speaking English with us despite our weak Italian. Breakfast was amazing, with so many tarts, cakes and strudels each morning that I'd have needed two weeks to try them all.

The room was clean, and the people were so kind and helpful. The service was amazing. I'd like to stay longer than one night on my next visit.

For the price of a 3* hotel, the two-bedroom apartment feels like a 4* Junior Suite, with kitchen facilities and a spacious work area separate from the larger bedroom. Staying above a large supermarket doesn't bring noise from either the store or the nearest main road. You can shop at the supermarket and cook using the microwave or electric stove. The value is hard to beat in this area, especially during covid times, when having your own private place is a plus. My room's wifi was slow, and the apartment felt a little dark in the evening because of the neon lighting and limited natural light from the windows.

The owner's dogs put their mouths on every dish in the breakfast room. The reception and bar area smelled bad from the dogs. The owner was very arrogant and discourteous.
