We only found this hotel by chance online, after a tiring, drawn-out trip and three weeks on the road. We’d been duped by an apartment we booked through Booking.com, so we were in a difficult spot. Ameir, part of the owners’ family, was extremely helpful and made the transfer easy. Our three nights here were among the best of the trip. It wasn’t just the facilities, the hotel’s hospitality made the difference. Leaving at checkout felt like saying goodbye to a family home. Highly recommend.

The owner was very nice and they eventually switched on the AC. Before that, the rooms were hot, and opening the windows meant mosquitoes came in and bit us all night since there were no screens. The toilet barely worked and needed at least two flushes, even after just urinating. The rooms didn’t feel very secure either: you had to leave your key at the desk when going out, but nobody checked anything when you came back and asked for it. At 11 pm, no one was working at the desk.

The room was nice, though the bathroom felt a little dated. Breakfast was served in a bright area and had a good selection. The hotel sits by a busy junction on a main road into Padua, with a shopping center across the street.
