Right in the historic center, this apartment is beautiful, and the owner is genuinely nice and very helpful. Just let her know ahead of time what you’ll need. There’s nowhere to park there, not even for a bike. Also, the stairs could be a problem if walking them is difficult. If that’s not an issue for you, go for it.

The owners are kind and happy to answer questions, and there’s a private garage nearby, about a 10-minute walk away. The B&B is right in central Ruvo di Puglia, inside the restricted traffic zone, only steps from the cathedral and Jatta Archaeological Museum. The rooms are clean and thoughtfully put together.

We stopped in Ruvo di Puglia on our way from Padua to Manduria, after visiting Castel del Monte, and found a great place to stay at Claudia's B&B La Puglia in the city center. The apartment is lovingly maintained, with charming details that reflect local culture. Staying there also made it easy to see the cathedral and its hypogeum. A real marvel, and thank you for the hospitality! Best wishes to the Ruvo basketball team on their promotion to Serie A2.

Silvana was kind and respectful from the moment we arrived, and quickly offered to help make the stay as pleasant as possible. Our room was bright, had its own bathroom, and was reasonably clean and tidy. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The two-story house has the character of a traditional home with modern furnishings, and the location in Ruvo is good.
