Agriturismo Sabaudia

We came back for our second visit this year and found the same lovely mix of friendliness, quiet, lush greenery and spotless surroundings. The property is well cared for, with a beautiful pool, and the food is always excellent, varied and authentic. The talented chefs make it all, and the morning dessert buffet is unforgettable. Dinner together around one table, darts and ping pong turned simple moments into a chance to meet people. The owners are attentive and create a rare kind of atmosphere where getting to know others feels natural. There are lovely beaches and plenty of places to visit just a short distance away. We left feeling relaxed and recharged.

I rarely leave reviews, but this agriturismo earned its five stars. The food was delicious, there's plenty of greenery and a beautiful pool, and the sea is just 10 minutes away. Guido and his wife were incredibly kind and helpful. Along with the other guests, they made my son's birthday feel special. We had a fantastic week. Thank you for everything!

We picked this place on the recommendation of friends, and it turned out to be a lovely surprise with excellent value for money. I wanted somewhere peaceful with a pool, authentic food and good company, and Agriturismo Sabaudia delivered all that and more. It's close to the Dunes of Sabaudia, but tucked into a beautiful, quiet garden with cared-for trees and flowers, an orchard and a small soccer field. The large pool has loungers and umbrellas, with shady spots on the lawn beside blackberry bushes. The rooms are in little brick houses. They're air-conditioned, pleasantly shaded and each has its own outdoor space. Cleaning is daily, like at a hotel, and pets are welcome at no extra cost as long as you follow a few simple rules. The food is varied and on a Michelin-starred restaurant level, yet still tastes like home cooking. Breakfast has a wonderful dessert spread, and the five-course dinner always ends with something sweet. Guests were quiet, pleasant and courteous. Meals are served in the cool veranda at communal tables, which makes it easy to chat, and the service was good. The owners are kind and helpful, treating everyone like family. I'm a writer and had just come through a particularly stressful summer, but a few days here helped me feel like myself again. If you want nightlife, go to Circeo. For rest, swimming, the sea and good food, this is the place.

Our cat Gioia feels at home here too. Every morning at first light, she wants out of her room to wander the huge fenced garden, climb trees and chase chickens. My husband and I got attached to Guido and Annamaria from the very first moment, and the two chefs make delicious, authentic dishes that are always varied. We came back to our favorite place for the fourth time, in the last week of August. From our first visit, the warmth and generosity of Guido and Annamaria made us feel at home. It's become a must for our holidays, and for Easter when it reopens for the new year. We'll keep coming back, we can't do without it now. Once you've found the best, nowhere else compares!
