We slept really well here, thanks to how quiet this part of Sabaudia is. The room was roomy, with a bathroom and little terrace, and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The owner lives upstairs and was almost always around if we needed anything. There's also a shared room set up for breakfast if you want to eat there.

The free bikes made it easy to get around town and reach the seafront in just a few minutes, and we loved relaxing on the shared terrace in the cool evenings. Jacopo and the staff were so welcoming that it felt like staying with friends. Everything in the rooms and shared areas was spotless. I had a great stay and would happily return to Sabaudia, which I’ve completely fallen for.

We could unwind just minutes from central Sabaudia, and the big communal spaces made it easy to feel at home. The property feels brand new and stylish, with spacious rooms, balconies, and all the comforts we needed. The terrace is over 100 square meters and has a lovely view of Circeo. Coffee and herbal tea are always available, and you can prepare your own meals. Cleanliness, hospitality, and kindness were all top-notch. Highly recommended.

The shared terrace is a lovely spot, especially for a summer stay. The rooms were basic and sparsely furnished, but clean and recently renovated. The young owners were friendly and helpful. The location is a little out of the way, though quiet and free of traffic, apart from dogs barking late at night and again early in the morning. That was fine during our stay. There's no breakfast, just a few discount-store packets of biscuits and tarts, but you can make coffee any time in the shared kitchen area. The in-room minibar doesn't fit there.

The sea is only a five-minute drive away, with amenities close by, and the quiet location makes it easy to relax. We got a very warm welcome, even with our large, well-behaved dogs. The management felt fresh and professional, with a nice balance of discretion and availability. I'll definitely return. Arcibaleno was the best this summer ❤️
