The shower was clogged and unusable, and basic things like a kettle were missing. The dishes were dirty, and the rooms weren’t properly separated. Our room was filthy, uncomfortably cold and smelled terrible. Downstairs there’s a bar where intoxicated people smoke, which made the place feel unpleasant and unsafe. This is absolutely not family-friendly. It felt like a complete scam, and I strongly advise against staying here.

We stopped in for drinks on a couple of nights. Around 6 pm during happy hour, Andrea the barmaid looked after us very well.

We stayed at this residence over the long weekend of December 7th and 8th. The apartment was large and had everything we needed, including a kitchen with dishes, pots, cutlery, a fridge and oven. There was also a hairdryer in the bathroom and wool blankets. Parking is nearby, and the large balcony had a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast was a varied and delicious buffet.

There’s no one available to help during your stay, and you can’t adjust the room temperature. The elevator is old, and locals gather outside to drink beer and smoke cigarettes. The rooms are modest but clean. Shops right in front of the hotel are handy, though parking is paid.

After a month, the staff were okay, the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and nobody bothered us. The bar by the entrance was excellent for breakfast and quality aperitifs. Thank you.
