We stayed with a work group and had a very positive time. The young woman who greeted us was incredibly kind, attentive, and ready to help with whatever we needed. The hotel has a distinctive look, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful details. Breakfast was generous, beautifully arranged, and made up of excellent products. Some of the rooms are a little cramped for two people, and a few women in our group struggled to open their suitcases. Staff offered to move rooms straight away, with no fuss, which we appreciated. We also had a balcony, making the stay even nicer.

For three months of work, Hotel La Chance turned out to be exactly the right place for me. The location made it easy to reach transport links and points of interest, yet the hotel stayed peaceful and relaxing. My room was clean and very comfortable, and having a refrigerator was essential during such a long stay. The breakfast was excellent, with enough variety and quality that I never tired of it, even after ninety days. Federica, the owner, really made the place feel like home from the first day. That mix of professionalism and warmth is rare. The hotel is welcoming, well kept, and clearly cared for. I'd gladly return, whether for a weekend or another business stay.

It's a pleasant, straightforward, clean hotel and breakfast was good. We were four couples travelling with children and had booked four rooms. My family was put in a disabled-accessible room, which was awkward with our five-year-old because there was no bidet and the toilet was very high for her. The shower was basically a floor drain and flooded the bathroom every time we used it. No one had told us about the room setup, and at checkout we paid the same as our friends, whose rooms were much more comfortable. I can't rate it higher than two stars.
