Air B&B said they’d get back to me within 24 hours, which didn’t solve the immediate problem of being stranded with nowhere to stay. I’d already paid for a confirmed reservation through Air BnB, but when I arrived at 9pm, the hotel wouldn’t honor it. The owner said there was no reservation and every room was occupied. That was hard to believe: I saw one light on in one room, one person, and one car. He wouldn’t come back to open the hotel and didn’t make much effort to help us, even though we were far from anywhere late at night. There was probably some mix-up between Air B&B and the owner. I expect a refund, but that doesn’t fix the situation, and Air B&B was also useless at sorting it out quickly. I’m really unhappy about this.

We had four families with kids, and the owner handled the group really well, even with a few of our turnoffs. I picked this hotel for friends who wanted to see Turin and the Canavese area. It was clean and comfortable, but what stood out most was how kind Alessandro was. He welcomed my friends, looked after them, and gave them advice. I think we’ll definitely come back.

There was a mix-up over the arrival time we’d agreed on, but Alessandro was very kind and made room for us. He was helpful throughout, and the property is well maintained. The lobby, breakfast room, floors, rooms, and bathrooms were clean. I’d recommend it, especially for the value for money.
