Acquablu charme suite

We really enjoyed the area, and Francesco was kind and knowledgeable. The place was beautiful and clean, and his wife even brought us homemade cookies. A lovely stay, highly recommend it.

Francesco was a wonderful host, and nothing felt like too much trouble. He welcomed us with delicious warm homemade biscuits, and on our last day brought us homemade limoncello and licorice liqueur. He also shared lots of great ideas for food and things to do, including a mountain outing that turned into our best day so far. We had the garden-view room, which felt like a private apartment, with its own hallway, bathroom, and separate bedroom. It’s about a five-minute walk to a port for trips around the Amalfi Coast and Capri, and five minutes to the old town. From there, the new town and shops are around another ten minutes away. I can’t fault the stay, five stars well deserved.

Francesco made our honeymoon feel especially welcoming, surprising us with balloons, homemade cookies, and a little bottle of Prosecco with strawberries. He also helped arrange a boat tour along the Amalfi Coast, which was the highlight of our trip, and gave us useful suggestions for eating and exploring nearby. The converted old convent has loads of character. Our unit had a comfortable bed, a large closet, and a mini fridge with complimentary water and snacks. There’s an espresso machine in the shared living room, just right for morning coffee. Francesco met us on arrival and showed us around. We had such a lovely stay at Acquablu.

Francesco was so generous and kind, and surprised us with several gift baskets and little treats. He also gave us loads of helpful information. My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay, and the place is even prettier than the photos. Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. We’ll definitely be back!
