The hostess was super cool and friendly. The place has art decor and a comfy bed, and it's well placed for getting to and from the train, about a 10-minute walk, with the bus two blocks away. Old Town is 6-7 minutes off. There are beautiful squares and buildings on her block, plus lots of restaurants, cafes, and pubs. The beach and shopping boulevard are just one block away. Highly, highly recommend!

Calling this a B&B doesn't fit, it’s just a room rental with the owner living in the apartment. There was no privacy, the air conditioning didn't work, even though the owner thought it did, and breakfast was only instant coffee and some bread.

It was hot as hell! I read some comments from before 2022 about there being no air conditioning 🫠 She’s nice, but it was too much for us….

Sleep and breakfast were both fine, and the owner was friendly and courteous. The location is very central in a building with an elevator, though parking can be a hassle; there’s a secure paid lot close by. The rooms are full of antiques and not especially practical, and the shared bathroom could use an update. Privacy is also an issue since the room door doesn’t lock. Cleanliness seemed spotless at times. I’d mainly suggest it for a night or two.

I felt at home and really looked after, from the welcome to the accommodation. Traveling on my own, I couldn’t have asked for more. It’s also well placed near the center, with the main sights an easy walk away.
