We felt safe throughout our three-night stay, even though my friend and I had been a bit unsure about staying in a BnB after usually staying with friends. Raffaele was a wonderful host, and the property made for an amazing visit. Each morning at 8am there was breakfast with fresh croissants, yogurt, and other things. Our room was cleaned daily, and we were given four bottles of water a day. The bedroom had air conditioning, plus a TV with Netflix for the evenings. I’d recommend this BnB to friends and family, and I’ll stay here again if I return to Salerno. Thanks for everything Raffaele!

Raffaele was the highlight for us. He was so kind and helpful, with great restaurant suggestions and advice for getting to Paestum, which is a must-see in the area. At checkout, he also kept our bags while we made a quick visit to Vietri Sul Mare, another must-see. We stayed two nights in April in the Arechi room, which was lovely, spotless, and very quiet. The B&B sits in a nice pedestrian area in central Salerno. We loved the place and the city and only wished we had more time, so we’ll definitely return. Highly recommend Home To Salerno B & B. If it’s available, just book it.

Getting around was easy from Home to Salerno, right in the heart of town, with the train, bus, and ferry nearby for trips to Amalfi Coast towns. It was also lovely just to walk by the sea. Our room was spacious, quiet, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and meticulously clean, with everything needed to make tea or coffee. Every morning Raffaele brought a cart of fresh croissants, lemon cake, cookies, and jams for breakfast, and bottled water was provided daily. That made travel so convenient. The stay improved our time in Italy in every way, and we loved this place. Raffaele and his wife were generous and welcoming. We spent five lovely days at this Bread & Breakfast and can’t wait to come back. It’s a real gem in central Salerno, and we highly recommend it as the best accommodation in Salerno.

The rooms have been newly renovated, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. It’s also a short walk to the seaside, with the train and bus station and ferries to the Amalfi coast close by. A beautiful Salerno B&B with a great host. We’d definitely come back.

Our room looked out over the historic Flavio Gioia Plaza, once the entrance to the old city, in a huge, mixed-use building just off a long outdoor mall. From there it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the Duomo, waterfront path, train station, ferry, shops, and lots of restaurants. Raffaele was so accommodating during our six nights at Home to Salerno B &B. The fresh, warm croissants left at our door each morning were the best, and the beds, bedding, and coffee were excellent. Thank you, Raffaele, for such a memorable stay! ❤️
