Giuliana was an ideal hostess. She arranged to meet us at the station and drive us the two kilometers or so to her place, gave us a spacious, well-equipped room with its own bath, and served delicious breakfasts with plenty of variety that worked for my gluten-free diet. She also gave thoughtful advice on spending time in and around Salerno. The guesthouse backs onto a busy pedestrian street, so there's a steady murmur into the evening, as there is in much of Italy. It was moderate, though, and very different from traffic or mechanical noise. I can hardly imagine a more welcoming guest house. If we return to Salerno, we'll stay here again.

A lovely little BnB right in the town centre. The owner runs it on her own and even cooks breakfast for you, despite needing a walking stick. I made an error with my reservation and couldn't get a refund, but she kindly changed the date for me at no charge. She sorted out a REALLY big problem for me in no time. I'd give them 6 stars!

The location made it easy to get to the train and boats for the Amalfi coast, with restaurants and nightlife all around. It also felt safe at night. My room and bathroom were huge and very clean. There was lots of sunlight, but I could shut the windows to sleep in the dark. A minifridge, electric kettle, and even slippers were included, which I hadn't expected. Breakfast was amazing, with a big range of tasty things and a great start to the day. Yarina was one of the nicest people I've met while travelling, always ready with advice, help, or a friendly morning chat. This is an excellent choice in Salerno, maybe even the best. I'd return without a second thought. Yarina, thank you so much for everything! Absolutely recommend this excellent place and its even better host.

Juliana, the owner, is one of the kindest people I've met. She fixed a REALLY big problem for me in under two minutes. The place is adorable and comfortable, and I had a good experience. I really recommend it.
