Mentha is the kind of place that makes you want to linger. It’s only steps from the sea, with a spectacular view, an elegant pool, and a relaxing spa. The terrace is beautiful and tastefully furnished, perfect for taking in the sky and water. The menu brings together plenty of Mediterranean flavors and carefully chosen pairings. Service is attentive and courteous without hovering. Whether you come for lunch, an aperitif, or a day of pure relaxation, Mentha keeps impressing. Good food, beauty, and calm all in one experience.

I went with my boyfriend for a spa treatment and a personalized couples massage. I’ve never had a more relaxing experience. The spa is gorgeous, modern, intimate, and welcoming, with every detail carefully looked after. It was spotless everywhere, even the changing rooms. The massages surprised me most. Piano music played, the aromatherapy smelled of mint, and Enza, the spa manager, used her hands to help me relax like I hadn’t in years. We’ve been to spas in Bucharest, Budapest, Morocco, and elsewhere, but I’ve never had this kind of attention to movement, listening to the body’s blockages, and gentleness that I found at Mentha. At last, in Salerno, I felt I was getting an international-level quality experience. Highly recommended!
