We had a very pleasant stay, and the kitchen was fully equipped for us to use. The apartment has been entirely renovated in a modern style and is extremely comfortable. We rented the room with a double bed and a sofa bed for our daughter, and the bathroom had a beautiful shower. Alberto welcomed us kindly and suggested places to eat and go to the beach. The location is excellent, just steps from the center and the seafront. Thanks for your help. I'd recommend it, and we'd definitely stay again if we return to the area. Our family included our puppy.

The owners were very kind, and everything has been recently renovated in a modern style. The apartment is now divided into two separate units. In the mini-apartment we used, though, the sliding door didn't feel safe. There was also just one small window, facing the very run-down internal stairs.

The welcome was excellent and they were helpful. The place is small but nice. We had a booking issue at first, but luckily it was sorted out without any consequences. Cleanliness was the one letdown, it could use a bit more cleaning!

The owners were very available with information and did a lot to make the holiday pleasant. The B&B Balù is lovely, well cared for, and clean. If I come back to Salerno, I'd return without a doubt. Very close by, there's also a restaurant pizzeria with a wood-fired oven where you can eat divinely, at prices within everyone's reach... (from APICIO).
