Everything here made our time in Salerno very pleasant, and after two weeks in Italy staying at different B&Bs, this was easily the best. The room was large and clean, with a balcony, TV, extra pillows, and a normal-sized shower, not the tiny kind we found in most places in Italy. There's also a shared area with snacks, a coffee maker, and a mini fridge. You can walk to anything you need. Check-in was smooth, and the person in charge stayed in touch on WhatsApp and handled all the details. They sent instructions the day before, which worked fine. From earlier reviews, it seems they addressed missing details and suggestions and improved the place. I'd definitely return to Salerno and recommend staying here.

A very pleasant welcome from a kind, helpful lady. The room was spotless and comfortable, and that bed was amazing. It's centrally located, close to the best part of Salerno's old town. I'll be back as soon as I can.

The location is really good, but the room wasn't clean. The walls were chipped, the bed wasn't very comfortable, and both the room and the whole apartment looked quite old and in need of an update. At 20-30 euros a night, it might have been okay, but not at around 80-90 euros.
