Rosairo was welcoming and helpful, and I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, very clean, and well looked after. It’s a short walk from the ferry, and the Wi-Fi worked well the whole time. I also liked having a shared kitchen with snacks and coffee. Everything was taken care of nicely. I’d recommend it and will definitely come back.

The location is the standout: right in the old town, opening onto a pleasant square rather than one of the dark, narrow alleys many places use. The train station is a 10-12 minute walk along the main street, and the harbor, with boats to Amalfi Coast villages, is about 15 minutes away. There are lots of B&Bs around town, but this spot is hard to beat. If we return to Salerno, I’d choose it again as the safe option. It isn’t luxury, but it was just what we wanted. Rosario was especially kind and accommodating. We asked for twin beds and he offered us the two-room unit at the same price, which made the trip much easier and more pleasant than we expected. This is a B&B, not a hotel, so guests expecting hotel standards should look elsewhere. The rooms get light service, and towels were changed after a couple of nights. There’s a small counter-top fridge in the room, tea-making supplies, and bathroom soap. Those little things could be refreshed or replaced, but they’re minor details.

Our host was lovely, polite, attentive, and friendly. He stayed easy to reach in case we needed anything and made sure we had what we needed. The B&B was cleaned to a high standard each day, and it had everything we needed, including air conditioning. It’s in a perfect spot just inside the old town, among cute alleys full of authentic restaurants. The train station is seven minutes away, and the port for ferries to Amalfi and Positano is a short walk. Shops, a beach, and beautiful views are close too. Thank you ❤️
