The street view was really nice, and the apartment was well located. It was furnished extremely well, too.

Everything we needed was nearby, with essential shops just around the corner, and the central location was very quiet. The room itself was small and simply furnished; the mattress may suit you better if you like a softer bed. Antonio was a charming host who patiently explained what we needed to know and was glad to recommend restaurants. The value for the price was excellent.

The location was convenient and the property was quiet, but the room was tiny, dirty, and run down. The shower was badly moldy, and the bathroom seemed made for very short people. We booked a room with breakfast through Booking.com, then found only a coffee maker and paper cups in the room. I’d avoid this place.

We spent three nights here, and the room was in a terrible state, with a mattress that nearly sank to the floor. Our bed was made just once, and even then the sheets and towels weren’t changed. There was no breakfast, just a pod coffee machine and a tart left in the room. The room was advertised as a suite, but it was a tiny Smart room with a bathroom for dwarfs. It was dilapidated, and offering it like this is shameful. There was no welcome or reception. Mrs. Rosa Maria sent instructions by text for finding the keys and entering several codes, including one for the key box. All the communication was by phone. This morning, she sent an employee to collect the money. Ridiculous and rude. She did nothing to change the room. She and the owners should be ashamed of this horrendous B&B! 😡😡
