A-ROSA Gardasee

The wellness area was a lovely place to unwind, and I appreciated the hotel’s serious commitment to sustainability. Our room was comfortable and spotless, with housekeeping paying attention to all the details. From arrival, the warm, friendly team made us feel at home. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and beautifully presented, a great start to the day. Dinner was just as impressive, with delicious dishes, a lovely atmosphere, and attentive service. All in all, a very enjoyable stay with excellent service and great facilities. I’d happily recommend A-ROSA Gardasee and look forward to coming back. Special thanks and greetings to Fadri & Hannah.

The gardens are beautiful, and the walking path down to the lake made every stroll a pleasure. We also really appreciated how warmly the staff welcomed our son. The hotel’s design is lovely, and our room felt thoughtfully put together, with high quality beds, wooden floors, Grohe sinks, and spotless cleanliness. The minibar was recharged daily. The SPA was a highlight, especially the pool temperature. The policy letting kids use it until 5pm worked well for our family. Breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed the authentic Italian food from the open kitchen in the evenings. One small suggestion, opening the pool at 07:00 for a morning swim before breakfast would be wonderful. We’ll happily recommend A-ROSA Gardasee and hope to return.

The views were breathtaking, and the hotel’s aesthetic is thoughtfully designed, making for a relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. Marco and the whole staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive from the moment we arrived. Since it was our first time in the area, their tips and recommendations made the trip even more special. Our stay at Rosa in Lake Garda was wonderful from beginning to end and exceeded our expectations. We’d absolutely love to come back!

The setting itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture, excellent facilities, incredible views, and a genuinely peaceful atmosphere. It really does feel like a high-end spa retreat. The service was inconsistent and frustrating. Over our four nights, we had to chase basic requests again and again, even though at this price I expected staff to anticipate our needs. We asked for a simple plug adapter once, and it never arrived during the entire stay. The bedding was also genuinely uncomfortable, which I didn’t expect from a hotel at this price.
