Breakfast was especially good, and the cappuccino stood out. The staff were kind and helpful, and everyone spoke English, which made things easy. The rooms were great, with air conditioning, a pleasant bathroom, and comfortable beds. There was also a beautiful pool.

The service and hospitality were excellent, and we were welcomed by an elderly gentleman who kindly let us check in early. Our room was clean and comfortable enough, with working Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and bathroom facilities. The building and room feel like they date from the 1980s or 1990s, so don't expect luxury or a modern relaxation area. We were stopping for one night on the way to Rimini and wanted somewhere quiet with an outdoor pool for our teenage son. The hotel sits at the top of a hill, and its grounds are inviting and well kept. Down in the surrounding area, many hotels and shops are abandoned. It seems to have once been a lively thermal retreat, though its heyday looks to be in the past. Breakfast was basic, enough but nothing more. A straightforward, reliable place to stay.

It’s a family run place, and the service is impeccable. I’d honestly come back. The food reflects the local area, and breakfast has a good range beyond the usual Italian sweets. They also provided gluten free options. There’s a small gym, an outdoor pool, and garage space for motorcycles. The rooms are clean, the service is very good, and the Wi-Fi is good too. It’s a nice spot for a really relaxing stay. The hotel is usually closed from November until Easter.
