The rooms are very dated. The pictures make the place look nice, but in reality it feels like it was good 30 years ago and hasn't been fixed since. For example, our shower door was missing. We also had a bad experience with the people running it. We left our swimsuits behind, and they agreed to send them to Spain for 25 euros. We paid, but then they stopped replying and nothing ever arrived. Very disappointing, it feels like they took 25 euros from their clients. The one plus was breakfast, with unlimited food and fresh croissants.

The hostal felt abandoned, with lots of broken things and a really uncomfortable bed. They kept pushing us to eat at their restaurant, but the food was terrible, even the pizza. In Italy! We left some swimsuits behind, and they said they'd send them back. They asked for 25 euros, which we paid. Two months later, they still haven't replied or sent a tracking link, and they've kept the money. This place is a scam.

I only visited the restaurant, not the hotel, and made the 20-minute drive several times. It's in a quiet spot at the edge of the village, with a nice outdoor terrace. The pizza is excellent, thin rather than the thick Napoli style. There's a good menu of fish, meat, and vegetables, and everything I tried tasted fresh and homemade, with very good quality. The staff were friendly, efficient, and quick, and the house wine was good too. On Saturdays there's live music indoors for dancing. I absolutely recommend it.
