The pool is a welcome place to unwind after a day out, and breakfast was superb, with fresh cakes baked each morning. Dario and Stefania, the owners, were wonderfully helpful. The estate is quiet and away from the crowds, yet inland only a short way from Salento’s prettiest beaches. We’d be happy to come back next summer.

We spent our time relaxing by the pool, which was a real bonus and comfortable to enjoy all day. The estate sits among the green Salento countryside, away from everyday noise, while the better-known local beaches are only a five-minute drive away. Breakfast was great, with fresh food made on site each morning. Our room was clean and nicely furnished, with daily cleaning. The fridge-freezer came in handy, as did the drying rack and wash basin outside the room. The owner was very kind and welcoming. Would we choose this place again? Absolutely. See you soon.

Having no TVs in the rooms was a great choice, and it made for a genuinely restful holiday. The sea is only a few kilometres away, and Dario and Stefania were attentive and very helpful with whatever guests needed. I’d happily do it again.
