The pool looked fine, but we didn’t try it. The toilets were OK by Italian standards, and the service was friendly, which earns an extra star. Otherwise, this would have been a one-star rating. Our tent pitch had no electricity, and the highway ran right beside the campsite. You couldn’t park your car at the tent area. Instead, you had to leave it in front of a large staircase, carry everything up, drive the car off the campsite, then walk back. We were also told we couldn’t enter the site after 11pm, not even with a key card or anything.

We were really disappointed with the facilities. The tent area was set apart on dirty, hard ground, and the campsite was away from the beach beside a noisy highway. The large, beautiful pool closed at 18:30 in summer, and you had to wear a swim hat to use it. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The tent areas were dirty, noisy, and hard underfoot. The facilities were poor, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Not recommended.

The staff were really friendly, and the amenities were good and worked well. There’s a shared fridge and even coin-operated laundry. We stayed five days in a tent. Our pitch faced east, so the morning sun came straight in, but that was the only slightly uncomfortable part of the holiday. I’d love to return 💜. If you’re camping in a tent, I recommend asking for a west-facing pitch.
