With two small children, we spent a lovely week at La Barchetta. The owner was so kind and helpful. She provided a crib and high chair at no extra charge, and gave us a list of places to eat. Every one was excellent. Thanks Francesca 🙏🏻 ❤️ The house has been completely renovated and tastefully furnished. It's just steps from the sea and also very close to the center. On the street below the apartments you'll find all the essentials, including supermarkets, restaurants, a pizzeria, bars, and a pharmacy. If we come back to San Benedetto, we know where we're staying!

We never needed the car. The apartment is literally steps from the sea, and just as close to the supermarket, pharmacy, town center, bars, and restaurants. It was gorgeous, modern, completely renovated, and had every comfort imaginable. My family and I stayed for just one week. Francesca was incredibly kind and always available, with recommendations for places to see and eat, and plenty more. There's really nothing to complain about. I highly recommend it and hope to come back soon!

We barely used the car during our two-week summer holiday. The apartment is just two steps from the beach, with several supermarkets, a pharmacy, pizzerias, and bars only a few meters away. It's less than a 10-minute walk to the center of San Benedetto. We went downtown every evening with two little girls and strollers, and it was super convenient. Even with all those places nearby, we had no trouble with night-time crowds or chaos. The renovation really stood out. The apartment is bright and very well cared for, with a fully equipped kitchen and new, clean dishes. Every space seems thought out to make a stay comfortable. Cleanliness mattered a lot to me, and it was good throughout, including the sofa and mattress as well as the floors and furniture. The terrace was handy for drying laundry and washing things by hand, with the tub provided. Air conditioning and wifi both worked perfectly. I spent the summer holidays here with my family for two weeks. Francesca, the owner, was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. She regularly shared useful information about places to visit, restaurants, beaches, and more.

The owner's attention to detail is clear, and she's always available if anything is needed. We stayed in two apartments at this charming residence, just steps from the sea, and had a wonderful time. Everything was impeccable and carefully looked after.
