We stayed just one night while traveling south through Italia. Francesca was a lovely host, kind and extremely helpful, and breakfast was lovely too. It's a small, charming B&B in a great spot near the city center and beach. The air conditioning was a lifesaver.

The homemade desserts at breakfast were delicious, and there was plenty to eat. Our room was clean, and the price was very good. Francesca was so kind and helpful that we felt comfortable right away. We stayed four nights at the end of July, close enough to walk to both the center and the sea in just a few minutes. Check-in and checkout were easy, and we made use of the well-equipped shared kitchen one evening. We’d happily stay here again if we return to San Benedetto.

Breakfast was excellent, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The B&B is centrally placed, near all the amenities. Our room had a small balcony and enough space, including in the bathroom. It had a TV and air conditioning, along with everything else we needed. There’s no parking at the property, so you have to look for a spot nearby.

Ms. Francesca was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home. Our clean, air-conditioned room was about ten minutes from both the center and the sea. We were two people staying at the B&B, and I’d recommend it.
