BB Il Pozzo

The property has been renovated recently and feels modern, with welcoming, well-organized rooms. Breakfast was generous and varied, mostly sweet Italian fare. At Easter we also had a traditional local breakfast of cheese pizza with pecorino and salami. The owner is there each morning and happy to help with whatever you need. It’s a convenient spot away from the city center’s traffic and bustle, yet only a few minutes away by car. The nearby bike path gets you to the sea in a 10-minute walk. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at B&B Il Pozzo for two years with my partner and for two years with my parents. We love the Green room, with its modern shower, mini fridge, balcony drying rack, TV, and air conditioning. Annalisa is fantastic: kind, welcoming, helpful, and attentive to every detail, with a super modern style. The breakfast is delicious, especially the cakes Annalisa and her mother make. Porto d'Ascoli is a great location, and parking is in a large square where there’s always a space somewhere. We’ll definitely be back ✌️🥰

The owner went out of her way to grant a little whim I’d asked for on my wife’s behalf, and she exceeded all my expectations. I’m especially grateful for that. She’s incredibly friendly and helpful, almost unbelievably so. The place is very new, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, extremely clean, and furnished with careful attention to detail. When we’re next in San Benedetto, we’ll definitely stay here again.

We were welcomed so warmly by the owner, and the place is quiet. The rooms are modern and have every comfort. Breakfast was generous, with homemade cakes and fresh fruit, and they even lent us bicycles. It was a pleasure staying here :) We’ll definitely be back!!
